No matter what your chosen profession might be, you should consider
obtaining a real estate license. Georgia is one of the fastest growing

Tuition of only $395.
Tuition includes all necessary software, books, forms, manuals and support as well as an optional weekend review course. There are no tax or shipping charges.

In order to obtain a Georgia real estate license you must
1) be at least 18 years old,
2) have a high school education or GED,
3) pass an approved prelicense course and
4) pass the state license examination.
Additionally, if you must have "a good reputation for honesty,
trustworthiness, integrity and competence..."(OCGA 43-40-15[a]).

You will be required to submit a criminal history report prior to
obtaining a license.
