The tuition for the course is $350 which includes the cost of all books and materials that you will need to complete the Broker's Prelicense course. Only the course exam and state exam must be taken in-person

Georgia Broker Prelicense Requirements
In order to qualify for a Broker's license, an applicant must:

• Have held an active Salesperson license for at least three years
• Pass an approved Broker Prelicense course
• Pass the Georgia Broker license exam
